Yes — always. Creating a profile, matching with roles, applying, and messaging recruiters is 100% free for candidates. We make our money from recruiters who pay to post jobs, never from the people looking for work.

How does the match score work?
Our match score (0–100) compares your profile against a role across five signals: skills overlap, seniority fit, location preference, salary expectations, and trajectory. It's not a keyword match — it's a fit score.

Why don't some jobs show a salary?
Because they can't post on Jobpify. Salary transparency is mandatory — if a company won't share a range, their listing doesn't go live. Read the full policy.
How long does it take to post a job?
About 4 minutes. The posting flow has four steps — job details, preview, billing, and payment — and everything is saved as you go. Read the full walkthrough.
Can I get a refund on a job posting?
Yes — if the job hasn't gone live yet, you get a full refund, no questions. If it's live but has received fewer than 5 applications in the first 7 days, you get a full refund on request. Read the refund policy.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, applications, and messages are permanently removed within 30 days. You can also request a full data export before deleting.
