As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our affiliate marketing strategy and growing our network of partners. Responsibilities:

Find & Welcome New Affiliates: We’re always on the lookout to expand our affiliate network.
Cherish Our Current Partners: Keeping in touch and supporting our existing affiliates is key to our mutual success.
Craft & Execute Winning Strategies: Brainstorm and roll out innovative marketing plans to boost both traffic and revenue.
Keep an Eye on Performance: With a keen eye on data, we fine-tune our campaigns for the best outcomes.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborating closely with other teams ensures our affiliate projects run smoothly.

Requirements:
Prior experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
Comprehensive understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and performance marketing metrics
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (Tune.com, Affise, etc)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends
