Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Social storytelling and development of social-first content (still and video) for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Planning, writing engaging copy and scheduling social media content maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
Adapting the content plan in case of unexpected changes or shifts in the social media landscape.
Engaging with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Daily curation of customer-tagged stories to evaluate their suitability for reposting and audience engagement.
Be at the forefront of the latest social media trends, tools
Executing social media campaigns in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Work with the owner of paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Reviewing and analyzing performance metrics on HubSpot
Analytics to track the success of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Monitoring competitors’ activities and strategies in the digital space.
Participating in team meetings, strategy sessions, and discussions to ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, communications, or related field.
3-5 years experience in social media content strategy and execution.
Background from brand/marketing department of a global company, an advertising agency, media house or an internal in-house agency/marketing department, or equivalent.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics (HubSpot, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Canva)
Expertise in social platforms, viral campaigns, emerging trends, brands, and social insights.
Great planning and project management skills
A creative thinker with hands-on experience creating content for brands with minimum basic video editing skills.
