Job Description

What you’ll be doing:
Creating engaging and high-quality content tailored for different social media platforms
Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform strategy adjustments
Using your excellent writing skills to craft posts and interact with followers and community members
Managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, using your expertise across a number of different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 3+ years experience managing brands across social media, either in-house or at an agency
Extensive experience executing social media campaigns and managing social media on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Proven experience in social copywriting in German
Proficiency in using Canva to create aesthetically pleasing designs for Instagram Feed/Reels and TikTok reels
Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & German
High level of creativity and ability to develop innovative content ideas
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and teams
Efficient time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
