Technical Product Owner at Accellor

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the AI project, aligning it with business objectives.
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with globally dispersed teams, including developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Conduct regular reviews and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress towards project milestones.
Analyze and assess the impact of new features and changes, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Ensure the product meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in the AI domain.
Fluent in either Dutch or French, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with globally dispersed teams, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
Exposure / experience in projects with new-age AI tools and technologies, e.g., Microsoft Azure AI, Open AI, etc.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning, and data science concepts is a plus.
