Senior Product Manager, Data and Connectivity at Flinks

What You’ll Do 🔥

Craft and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that balances innovation with enhancements to meet evolving customer needs across different technological landscapes (open banking and data aggregation products).
Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to create detailed product specifications and requirements to ensure timely delivery.
Represent customer interests within the organization and ensure their needs and feedback are central to development.
Oversee product performance and continuously monitor key metrics, including optimizing API performance, user conversion rates, and expanding product integrations.
Who You Are 💪

8-10+ years of B2C or B2B2C product management experience, ideally with a focus on API products.
Strong interest and understanding in technical domains such as APIs, AI/ML, data analytics, alongside UX design, and software development methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for clearly articulating customer challenges and needs.
Ownership mentality that doesn’t shy away from accountability.
Proficient in diving deep into data, applying first-principles thinking, and delivering effective solutions.

High empathy for developers and other users of API products.
Proven experience in developing new products, driving product enhancements and working in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with GTM teams to bring products to market.
