Bald Eagle Apartments is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our properties and enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Liaise with the ground team to gather necessary information for platform management, including updating calendars, availability, and content.
Handle and manage the platform’s social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
Design and execute digital campaigns to promote the Bald Eagle Apartments brand across various platforms.
Interact with and manage online engagements, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Drive inbound lead and online demand generation through targeted marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
