Job Description

Are you an experienced marketing leader with an outstanding track record in innovation and creative problem-solving? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Senior Marketing Manager position at Keypath’s marketing team.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will take on a key leadership role, utilising your skills in leadership, integrated marketing, data analysis, and customer insights. You will inspire strategic and creative thinking to solve problems, seize opportunities, and conduct MVP testing and learning.

We follow agile marketing principles, and you will lead agile squads run by your team members to ensure the best outcomes for our students and business. Your role will involve overseeing your team’s progress throughout the planning, execution, and retrospective process during sprints, ensuring accountability and timely project delivery in these squads.

In addition to optimizing the customer journey from lead to graduation, you will work closely with various internal departments, including sales, student retention, and product development teams, as well as our university partners.

Our business is highly data-driven. Your team will use data across the student life cycle to identify and drive quality leads, optimize conversion rates, and improve the student experience through graduation.

This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment focused on business growth and experimentation. As this role creates real business outcomes, your team’s successes will be highly visible to the executive leadership team.

As a part of this role, some of your core responsibilities would include:
