Requirements
Technical qualifications:

Strong proficiency in either C# or Java for backend development.
Solid experience in JavaScript (Angular or React).
Ability to understand, recognize and properly implement software design principles and patterns.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, with experience in AWS or Azure.
Strong knowledge in relational or non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Experience in writing automated tests and ensuring code quality.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with testing tools such as Cypress, Jest, Enzyme, xUnit, K6.
Ability to understand and use Object-Relational Mapper (ORM) frameworks like Entity Framework and NHibernate.
Ability to understand, recognize and properly implement software design principles and patterns.
Knowledge of the build & release deployment process.
Nice-to-have technical qualifications:

Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate).
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Soft skills:

Able to express own shortcoming / Ask for help on time / Ask for clarification when in doubt
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Known to deliver on your promises
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
