Job Description

The role – your passion

Collect and analyze data related to email marketing campaigns, customer retention efforts, PPC, SEA, and Paid Social advertising.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key marketing KPIs.
Segment customer data to target specific audiences for personalized marketing campaigns.
Utilize data analysis to identify customer segments with high conversion potential.
Own, manage, and further optimize reporting for all marketing channels.
Assist the marketing team in optimizing cross-selling and lead conversion campaigns.
Connect the dots to understand customer intent using data from multiple sources like data warehouses, GA4, Segment, questions by themselves.
What you need to surf the wave with us

2+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role (experience with marketing analytics is a plus).
Profound experience with SQL; experience with BigQuery is a plus.
Experience in data visualization (e.g., via tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio).
A passion for solving problems analytically and the ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for business teams, particularly marketing.
Strong understanding of relevant business and marketing metrics and methodologies (e.g., cohorts, segments, CLV, ROAS, retention rate).
Hands-on mentality and a can-do attitude, thriving in a growth-oriented company setup..
