You Will…
Play a role in the design and execution of new products and user experiences.
Always develop a deeper empathy for our users. In partnership with our user research team, gain and apply user insights to new concepts and in-development designs. Ensure that design decisions are rooted in a clear understanding of user needs and motivations.
Collaborate with product management, marketing, and business teams to define the product & UX strategy. Participate in projects from concept to production, ensuring user and team goals are represented.
Lead the end-to-end product design process. Guide the design of features from concept through production. Handle the review process, both within the design team and with partner teams, to provide a solution that meets the needs of the user and the business.
Collaborate with engineering to manage the designs through implementation and launch to market.
You Have…
2+ years of experience in product design, visual design, or related related field
Knowledge of applying a user-centered approach to designing software, services, or responsive websites or applications
Familiarity with the latest design tools and design systems (Figma, Zeplin, Jira)
Competent collaboration skills and can productively work with other designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers and members from marketing and other partners
Experience validating concepts through research, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and user testing
Work on design challenges at a detailed, pixel level and at a broad conceptual one
Understand at the high-level about product strategy, recognising how your work impacts it
A portfolio of design work showcasing your approach and design skills
Experience working in an Agile development environment
