Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a strategic, full-stack Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in generating strong sales pipeline and achieving our revenue goals in North America and APAC. Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation and partnering closely with the full Marketing team and regional Sales teams, you will build and execute multi-channel campaigns to identify, nurture, and convert leads in these key markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing campaigns to meet regional lead goals and SQO targets.
Leveraging channels such as email, events, paid programs, and content marketing to bring in and nurture leads within NA and APAC.
Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of demand gen activities.
Working closely with the NA and APAC sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow up processes.
Managing vendor selection, contracts, and budget.
*This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Please note: you will be primarily supporting the NA sales team and the Demand Gen team is based in the Eastern US and Western EU regions. Being able to collaborate during these working hours is preferred.

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years of experience in a digital marketing or demand generation role at a B2B tech company
A strong understanding of marketing methodologies such as inbound, ABM, CRO
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
Experience tracking, analyzing, optimizing, and forecasting campaign performance and KPIs
Understanding of the sales funnel and associated metrics
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability and/or willingness to use our product
