Job Description

Requirements

Master’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Naturally curious with demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and tackling complex problems.
Excellence in written and verbal communication skills, including user, product team and stakeholder interactions and presentations.
Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment.
An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your user-centered design craft, user research methods, visualizations of complex experiences, storytelling, sketches, mock-ups, prototypes, etc.
Demonstrated product and user outcomes working on experiences that span across enterprise to consumer (technical users to business users to consumer users.)
Experience with Agile and SAFe processes and tools including refinement, estimation, Jira, Confluence, etc or a willingness to learn.
