Job Description

Myndlift offers the most personalized mental health program. We use brain-sensing technology to help people achieve better focus and well-being by working with +1000 clinics and tens of thousands of individuals.

 

We are seeking an email marketing manager with deep knowledge in automation processes, email list hygiene, and optimization strategies.

 

You’ll be an essential part of the marketing team and will work closely with other teams to help us make brain health personalized and accessible.

 

Responsibilities:
This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, and a data-driven approach to optimize customer engagement and drive business growth
Own email marketing strategy to achieve growth, increase funnel conversion, and drive revenue for both B2B and B2C segments.
Design and conduct A/B tests routinely to optimize email campaign performance
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
Ensure list hygiene, and implement strategies to avoid spam filters and improve deliverability. Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices and industry standards and trends.
Develop trigger-based messaging for lifecycle marketing.
Craft compelling email content tailored to different audience segments.
Collaborate with care and product teams on announcements, and user engagement communication flows.

 

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years experience in B2C email marketing
High proficiency in marketing automation technology with the ability to create workflows and email campaigns with proper tracking and data cleansing/analysis
Familiarity with analytical and database tools
Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills
Expertise in growing email lists and planning effective email marketing strategies
Proficiency with HTML and CSS for email design
A sharp eye for design.
Familiarity with regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM
Native/mother tongue English proficiency
A genuine desire to make an impact in mental health.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years in content marketing, product marketing, marketing communication, or relevant fields.
Demonstrated prowess in email marketing.
Exceptional content writing capabilities
A sharp eye for design.
A proactive approach, able to self-direct and drive projects to completion.
Native-level English skills
A genuine desire to make an impact in mental health.
