Founding Product Manager / Product Management Lead at Oxolo GmbH

Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead our product initiatives from the ground up, shaping the future of our products and leaving a lasting impact on the industry. In our Series A startup, you will have the thrilling challenge of impacting and driving our product vision in a rapidly evolving market of Video AI. You will work closely with our CPO and help guide our product from start to becoming a market leader.

Your area of responsibility
Impact and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals.
Lead product development from conception to launch, balancing vision with practical execution and ensuring market-fit with a user-centric approach.
Cultivate a high-performing cross-functional culture, fostering innovation, excellence and resilience.
Conduct product discovery and market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
Embrace ambiguity and rapidly changing environments to drive product and business success.
Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics to inform product direction.
Engage directly with customers to gather insights and foster strong relationships.
Prioritize effectively, balancing customer needs, business constraints, and technical challenges.
Your profile
Proven experience in product management (5+ yrs), preferably in a fast-paced, Series A or early-stage startup.
Demonstrated ability to develop successful product strategies and lead products from conception to market success.
Strong leadership skills, building and leading teams through uncertain and dynamic environments is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration abilities.
Agile and adaptable, with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
A deep understanding of the tech industry and passion for innovation & AI.
A strong passion for continuous learning, staying informed on the latest best practices, and emerging technologies.
