Job Description

The Role

We are seeking talented and experienced graphic designers who will create designs based on creative briefs and instructions from our customers. Our ideal candidate is someone with strong design skills, strong attention to detail, and someone who is customer-centric, who would be willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers.

What Youll Do:

Conceptualize and design graphics based on creative briefs and instructions from Sales and Customer Service.
Generate accurate and complete mock-ups aligned with invoice details, using a checklist to ensure thoroughness.
Edit and revise designs as needed to meet customer expectations.
Upload completed mock-ups within 24 to 48 hours based on order urgency.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to gather necessary information and validate invoice correctness.
Verify the feasibility of special options to meet production requirements.
Follow procedure guidelines for mock-up requests, order completion, and Free Mock-Up uploads.
Adhere to minimum duration guidelines for efficient mock-up creation, considering order prioritization levels.

Experience as a graphic designer in a startup environment or within the e-commerce industry
Ability to meet multiple deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent design and conceptual skills
Excellent sense of style and color
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
