Job Description

As a Product Manager focused on innovation, you will spearhead identifying, refining, and validating emerging business and product opportunities. Your passion and strengths lie in using customer-focused, data-driven experimentation to rapidly learn from the market and ideate potential solutions to internal and external user problems.

Key Responsibilities

Gain deep insights into customer journeys and needs, understand the product landscape, and stay up to date on industry technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leaders to identify, refine, and validate market and product opportunities that align with business objectives and long-term goals.
Execute and coordinate usability studies, research, and market analysis to test and iterate on product concepts.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
Develop and provide transparent communication of business cases, product strategy, roadmaps, and progress to all stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Manage product requirements, translate requirements into feature specifications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for product design.
Requirements

Demonstrated experience (7+ years) in software product management or equivalent, with a track record of delivering customer-oriented, complex software solutions.
Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and empowerment skills.
Advanced ability to develop and articulate business cases, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus toward common goals.
Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, adept at managing diverse stakeholder needs and translating them into product feature requirements.
Must be proficient in Agile methodologies and associated tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Asana).
