Job Description

We’re a remote-friendly team and open to candidates from the US and Canada.

Responsibilities:
Partner with paid marketing teammates to develop integrated full-funnel campaigns strategy across new and existing digital marketing channels – paid search, paid social, display advertising, CTV, affiliates and more.
Expand Wealthfront’s growth levers through new channel experimentations – identify, evaluate, and execute marketing opportunities that align to company goals and objectives. (i.e., CTV, Audio/Podcasts, LinkedIn, OOH, news & financial publications, partnership marketing, etc.)
Develop and own marketing plans for customer acquisition growth – from channel evaluation to test designing to campaign planning to launch and measurement.
Define and implement best-in-class upper funnel measurement and attribution for marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Analytics, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
Present paid marketing performance and insights to cross-functional and executive teams on a regular basis.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for experimentation and scaling.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
6+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2C environment (consumer tech experience with a high growth company is a plus) with demonstrated success of scaling programs.
3+ years experience managing awareness and engagement campaigns, and having strong expertise in full-funnel marketing.
Proven examples of impactful projects translating  data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Personal finance knowledge/experience is a big bonus, but not required.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations within the financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
