hat you’ll be doing
Drive the evolution of our foundational data infrastructure to support expansion into new verticals.
Ensure scalability and adaptability of the infrastructure to meet the growing needs of the organization.
Take ownership of the analytics infrastructure for new products end-to-end.
Lead data projects from ingestion to reporting, showing your ability to manage scope and work with ambiguity.
Liaise between Business, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business requirements into effective data capture and schema design.
Foster collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution of data-related initiatives.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing data architecture and analytics processes.
Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills in addressing the complexities of data space.

What you’ll need to be successful

You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and analysis.
Must have experience owning dbt environment.
Strong knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Looker).
Experience managing data environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
