What You Should Have
Exceptional understanding of the relationship between how people use technology, how diverse organizations adopt technology, and how to build modern platforms that meet continually evolving partner needs
Experience with high-throughput synthetic data and modeling services
Experience developing and deploying both enterprise and consumer systems
Demonstrated track record of on-time delivery and on-going interaction and development of complex platforms
Excellent manager of people and teams
Demonstrated vision for how technology relates to mission and how functions and role give people connection to mission
Broad experience leading and managing product and engineering teams
Broad fluency in service-based architectures, high-volume APIs, and platform integrations
What You Could Have
Background in social impact, particularly with grassroots organizing and/or political campaigns
Familiarity with other organizing and advocacy tools
Experience with voter data
Experience with political modeling practices
