Key Responsibilities
Forge strong collaborations with cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the on-site experience and optimizing the conversion rate. This involves working hand in hand with product, design, and engineering teams to identify and strategize on improving website functionalities and conversion rates.
Utilize your creative prowess to innovate and explore new customer acquisition strategies. We seek a visionary, not confined to minor adjustments, but one who can harness their knowledge and creativity to unlock new channels, amplifying our impact meaningfully.
Pilot new paid media channels, assessing their impact meticulously. Your responsibility includes launching and refining ad campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads, to uncover new avenues for customer acquisition.
Employ a data-driven approach in decision-making, including structuring A/B testing frameworks. Comfort with data analysis and leveraging insights to drive decisions is crucial, encompassing the execution and evaluation of A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies and website elements.
Take charge of growth reporting, offering regular insights to the team. This entails tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and opportunities for enhancement, and providing clear, concise updates to the leadership team on growth trajectories using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A proven track record in leveraging growth strategies to enhance revenue, with at least 3 years in growth or product marketing roles, preferably with a strong emphasis on Facebook/Meta Ads.
Expertise in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing, including the ability to design, run, and interpret experiments to drive decision-making.
Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with data tools such as Google Analytics and Google Sheets, using insights to inform growth strategies.
Comprehensive experience with paid media channels, capable of crafting and optimizing ad campaigns to foster customer acquisition.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams and articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
A passion for growth, adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
Experience in UI/UX design is advantageous.
