Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Provider Activation to join the Provider Operations team. The Provider Operations team’s mission is to build, retain, and empower the most diverse, high-quality provider community to drive member delight and clinical outcomes. The Sr. Manager of Provider Activation will be responsible for the creation and leadership of the provider marketplace engagement function, which exists to grow capacity from within our network via effective community-building programming. This person will deeply understand Spring Health’s provider and member supply and demand dynamics and obsesses over driving provider capacity and utilization.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage the Provider Activation team
Monitor and evolve the metrics & reporting we use to understand the capacity, satisfaction, turnover of our existing network by state; create processes and programs to engage providers and improve scale
Connect with Spring Health individual providers on an ongoing cadence to understand common pain points and gather feedback, with the ultimate goal of growing capacity and facilitating meaningful relationships with top providers
Partner closely with Product teams to create and implement strategies to optimize provider capacity and utilization in support of broader provider strategy
Partner closely with Marketing to build materials that reach and engage our network
Create and manage programs that increase provider capacity, such as cross-state licensing
Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand new business and member growth, and the impact on provider capacity and network needs
What we expect from you:

5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a high-growth start-up environment or management consulting, including as a people manager
Data-driven, analytical, and operational in nature
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams
Creative, collaborative, sharp, humble, and goal-oriented
