Job Description


Understand and document Business Requirements for Supply Chain Modules – Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse.
Map process into Oracle SCM Cloud application and create step by step process flows.
Identify Gaps in process mapping to functionality and propose solutions.
Configure and test solutions in supply chain modules.
Create and update test scripts.
Create and update training documents to train end users on process and functionality.
Create data files and upload data into Oracle Fusion for data conversions and integration requirements.
Respond to and resolve issues opened by system users.
Manage support tickets and document solutions provided.
Conduct training sessions.
Set up meetings over the phone and through email communications.
Document activities and provide weekly reports.

5+ years of experience as an Oracle Supply Chain Consultant.
2+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Engineering or Finance related degree is preferred, with the aptitude and inclination to excel in any role.
Good communication skills and command over the language – English (converse and write in English).
Willingness to work with a passion to solve business process and data problems.
Logical reasoning and online research capabilities to comprehend unfamiliar processes and terminology that are essential for the role and job function.
Must be a team-player and share acquired knowledge and insights about the job function, across the team.
Self-motivation, self-learning and self-development must be part of one’s nature.
Sense of responsibility or ownership must be demonstrated at work.
