• Employers: Companies and organizations posting jobs and hiring.
• Each user type has specific features and responsibilities.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Spam, solicit, or advertise unrelated services.
• Access unauthorized areas of our platform.
• Disrupt or interfere with our services.

4. Job Postings

• Job postings must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You must have authority to post on behalf of your company.
• You agree to comply with all applicable employment laws.
• You are responsible for responding to applications in a timely manner.
• You may not post jobs that discriminate or violate labor laws.

5. Payment Terms

• JobPify is free for job seekers.
• Employers may have access to paid features (e.g., featured jobs, resume access).
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
