What you’ll do
Define CoW DAO’s tone of voice and embody the brand’s personality in social media
Own the content calendar, ensuring polished and timely execution of planned, reactive, and planned-reactive content on X and Discord
Manage consumer-facing web content, ensuring all content is up to date and reflective of current product objectives
Pitch, plan and host speaking events (i.e. spaces, podcasts, community calls) for core team members that raise awareness of product and brand propositions
Analyze content performance periodically and make recommendations for improving content strategies based on data
Pay attention to and proactively engage with relevant trending conversations in order to advance community-led growth objectives
Feed insights and observations from social to the product, ux, and design teams
Write long-form articles that help clarify CoW DAO value propositions in clear and simple language
Develop close and constant communication with other members of the team in order to surface interesting content ideas that would be relevant to our audiences
Copy-edit the work of teammates
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas with other members of the marketing team; assist with writing copy for creative campaigns

Who you are
An excellent writer of sentences in English
Able to explain complex ideas simply, with precision and personality
Extremely detail-oriented
Prolific and creative
Knows your way around the crypto ecosystem
Experience with copy editing and writing long articles
Excited to take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced work environment
