How will your daily work look like?

 

Creating best-in-class design solutions and user experiences
Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
Ensuring the designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the product
Involving in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancements
Reviewing and improving current products, with continuous optimisation through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
Working in an end-to-end digital process
Visualising your ideas and inspiring others
Experience working with large design systems
Managing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and vendors
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align design objectives and project goals
Working on a big project involving multiple international and multidisciplinary teams of researchers, strategists, data analysts, product managers, product owners, and developers to translate business requirements into engaging design solutions

 

What qualifications do you need to join us?

 

Strong portfolio of commercial projects
Full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs
Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design
Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar
Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices
Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
Good communication and presentation skills
Proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and figure things out
Extreme attention to detail
Experience in UX Audits would be a plus
