Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Deploy and build new customer solutions, integrating them into customer networks and managing data migration.Conduct technical acceptance into service for new customers, including setting up and testing monitoring and alerting platforms.Maintain documentation to required standards and provide consultancy low-level designs for new platforms.Deploy virtual solutions and platforms such as VMware and Nutanix, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.Collaborate with the managed services team to lead third line support for complex issues.

Required Skills/Technologies:

Strong virtualization skills, particularly in VMware or KVM, with Hyper-V experience considered advantageous.Experience with HCI, with a focus on Nutanix.Proficiency in implementing VMware ESXi/vCenter systems and supporting components.Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and Windows operating environment design and support.Familiarity with ITIL, security principles, and service management documentation.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

While formal education qualifications are advantageous, candidates will primarily be assessed based on experience, skill set, and industry knowledge.
