Our Story
Every other job board treats hiring like a volume game — more applicants, more listings, more noise. We treat it like a match. Jobpify exists because the two most important decisions in a working life — who you hire, and who you work for — deserve better than a keyword search.
Chapter One
"After the 147th application, I stopped reading the rejections. I just wanted someone to see me."
In 2024, our founder received a rejection email that was so automated, it didn't even include her name. She'd spent four years building a career. She got a template back.
She wasn't alone. Millions of people apply to jobs every day through boards that treat them like data points in a spreadsheet — sorted, filtered, and quietly ignored.
Recruiters weren't happy either. The average corporate job posting receives 250 applications and most recruiters have under 8 seconds per resume. The system wasn't broken — it was designed to fail on both sides.
So we built something else. Not a smarter algorithm. Not another aggregator. A place where the match happens before the application, not after.
We called it Jobpify. The "P" isn't a typo — it stands for People. Placement. Progress. Pipeline. Personal. Everything we build starts and ends with the humans on either side of the hire.
Today, Jobpify connects candidates and companies across 60+ countries. We're profitable. We're independent. And we've never sold a user's data, gated a salary range, or hidden a company's response rate behind a paywall.
We're not the biggest job board in the world. We're trying to be the one that actually works.
What We Stand For
Most companies list values nobody remembers. Here are the six that actually decide what we build, who we hire, and when we say no.
Every feature starts with a question: does this make the human on the other end of the screen's life better? If the answer is no, we don't ship it.
We don't optimize for application volume. We optimize for outcomes.Salary ranges are shown. Recruiter response rates are public. Company review scores can't be bought. If a number matters, you see it.
We don't hide salary behind "competitive". We don't sell review boosts. We'd rather show you 8 great matches than 800 listings. Our algorithm is built to reject noise, not to maximize engagement.
We don't send "3 new jobs you might like" push notifications at 9pm.The average time-to-offer on Jobpify is 11 days. On the big boards, it's 42. We design for momentum, because careers move fast.
We don't make you fill out 40 fields to apply. We're independently owned. No VC board asking for 10x growth. No acquisition pressure. We answer to candidates and recruiters, nobody else.
We don't chase quarterly numbers at the expense of your experience.Real people read every support ticket. Real people write every article. Real people built every screen you're looking at right now.
We don't route you to a chatbot first. You get us.The Story Behind the "P"
We get asked all the time: "Is that a typo?" No. The extra "P" is the whole point. It's a daily reminder of the five things we never stop building for.
People
Behind every application is a life. We never forget it.
Placement
Our job isn't done until someone's hired — and happy.
Progress
Careers move forward. We measure success by your next step.
Pipeline
Good hires come from good systems. We build both.
Personal
No mass spray-and-pray. Every match is individual.
Why Jobpify Is Different
We're not trying to be a bigger version of what already exists. We're trying to replace it.
Our Promise
A company is defined by its refusals as much as its ambitions. Here are ours, in plain language.
If a company won't share a range, they can't post on Jobpify. No exceptions, no "competitive" dodge, no salary hidden behind a login.
Not to recruiters, not to advertisers, not to data brokers. Your resume, your searches, and your applications stay between you and the companies you choose.
No tier-one chatbot. No "your ticket is important to us." A person reads it, and a person answers it — usually within four hours.
Reviews are the property of the people who wrote them. If a company could buy their way out of a bad review, the review would mean nothing.
Our algorithm doesn't inflate scores to keep you engaged. If a role is a 62% match, we'll show you 62% — and tell you why.
Companies can pay for visibility on our homepage, but never in your personal match feed. Your matches are yours, not for sale.
How We Got Here
We haven't raised a Series A, hired a hundred people, or bought a Super Bowl ad. Here's what we have done.
Mid 2024
Two people, one apartment, a rejected draft of the first job-matching algorithm.
Late 2024
We manually reviewed every single one. Took six weeks. Taught us everything we needed to know.
Early 2025
We rebrand from a working title to Jobpify. The extra "P" becomes the brand's defining story.
Mid 2025
We remove 2,400 job listings in one day because they refused to show a salary range. Recruiters were furious. Candidates stayed.
Late 2025
No VC money. No debt. Just recruiters who liked what we were doing enough to pay for it.
2026
And still answering every support message with a human being.
Today
If you've read this far, you're probably the kind of person we want to build for. Let's get you matched.
The People Behind Jobpify
We're a distributed team of nine. Everyone writes, everyone ships, everyone talks to users. No layers, no politics, no acronyms.
Co-founder & CEO
Former product designer who spent four years applying to jobs she was qualified for. Built Jobpify because she got tired of being a keyword.
Co-founder & CTO
Ex-head of talent at two startups. Knows both sides of the hire — the algorithm and the anxiety. Writes the match score himself.
Head of Engineering
Keeps the platform fast, the code honest, and the on-call rotation fair. Believes infrastructure is a form of respect for users.
Head of People & Recruiting
Spent a decade inside corporate HR. Left because he couldn't stomach another black-hole job posting. Now makes sure ours never are.
Head of Design
Designed every pixel you see on Jobpify. Obsesses over empty states, error messages, and the way buttons feel when you click them.
Head of Customer Success
Personally answers the hardest support tickets. Has a hand-written note on her wall from every company we've helped hire their first employee.
Radical Transparency
We think you deserve to know. Most job boards bury this in a footnote. We put it on the About page.
Whether you're hiring or being hired, you deserve better than the way it's always been done. Come find out what we mean.
